5. What to Include
- Name and contact email, where appropriate.
- Clear description of the grievance.
- Relevant account/listing information.
- Evidence such as links or screenshots where relevant.
- Requested remedy, if any.
6. Review
Zungal will review grievances in good faith and may request additional information. It may examine relevant account, content, moderation or technical records subject to law and privacy obligations.
7. Outcomes
Where a grievance is substantiated, Zungal may correct/remove content, take account action, remediate a privacy issue or take another appropriate action.
8. False or Abusive Complaints
A complaint is not penalized merely because it is unsubstantiated. Deliberately fraudulent, abusive, threatening or malicious use of the process may itself be addressed.
9. Confidentiality
Grievance information will be handled with reasonable care and disclosed only as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond, operate the Services, protect users or comply with law.
10. Emergencies
The grievance process is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency authority directly for immediate danger (Police: 112 / 100, Ambulance: 108, Fire: 101).
