1. About Zungal

Zungal is a platform for local information, public updates, directories, announcements, public statements and other community-oriented information. It is currently operated as an unincorporated business/brand by the co-founders of Zungal Technologies.

2. Platform, Not Universal Service Provider

Unless expressly stated for a specific feature, Zungal is a technology and information platform. Zungal does not become a seller, service provider, government department, professional, political representative, business owner or other third-party provider merely because information about that party appears on Zungal. Third parties remain responsible for their own products, services, statements, qualifications, licenses, conduct and transactions.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Do not impersonate another person, organization, official, business or department.
• Maintain control of your authentication method.
• Report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Verification

Zungal may manually review business, official, politician and department information. Approval means Zungal completed its internal review; it is not a government identity certification, professional license, endorsement or guarantee.

5. Civic Information

Civic alerts, departmental information and emergency contacts may come from authorized sources. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Zungal does not guarantee every item is complete, current or error-free. For immediate safety matters, contact the appropriate emergency authority directly.

6. Voices

Public statements made through authorized accounts belong to the speaker/organization and are not automatically endorsed by Zungal.

7. Business Directory

Listings may be supplied by owners, representatives, public sources or other permitted contributors. Zungal does not guarantee third-party quality, legality, availability, price, safety, authenticity or performance. Verify important details before relying on a provider.

8. Payments and Transactions

At present, Zungal does not process payments. Future payments, bookings, delivery or marketplace functions may have additional terms. A future independent delivery partner feature will not by itself make Zungal the employer, seller or service provider unless Zungal expressly assumes that role.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation or fraudulent representation.
• Deliberate materially false/deceptive information.
• Harassment, threats, stalking or intimidation.
• Fraud, scams or phishing.
• Unauthorized publication of private/sensitive information.
• Illegal content/activity.
• Bypassing security or verification.
• Spam, malicious automation or disruption.
• Intellectual-property infringement.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Zungal may investigate reports, request corrections, limit visibility, remove content, reject/revoke verification, suspend features or accounts, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users or comply with law.

11. Intellectual Property

Zungal's software, branding, interface, original text and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zungal. Users retain rights in lawful content they submit, subject to the rights necessary for Zungal to host, process and display that content.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party websites and services are controlled by their own operators and terms. Zungal does not guarantee them.

13. Availability

Features may change, be suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, business, legal or operational reasons.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided on an 'as available' and 'as is' basis. Zungal does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or suitability of all information. Content is not automatically legal, medical, financial, tax, investment or emergency advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zungal will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from third-party content/services, outside-platform transactions, inaccurate information, interruptions or third-party acts. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or content you submit where your conduct/content causes the claim.

17. Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using Zungal and request deletion. Zungal may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or comply with law/policies.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
